Why do you keep defending this crook? Did he or did he not lie to us over and over again? I didn't speculate on my own. I was told in a PR that Philly was a done deal. I bought based on that and based on speculation of more hotels to come.
FYI, I have moved on. I've sold most my shares and am currently holding only 2mm shares as a lottery ticket. The question is, why are you still around?

May I shed some light upon this subject? I figure KS is still explaining his feelings as Brian did for a year or so after he had already got burnt by this company. Remember he a one or two others were the lone minority that we all blew off and did not listen to. If I would have listened and understood the message Brian was yelling from the rooftops I would have over twenty more thousand dollars in my account.
I guess Kaiser just does not want to see this happen to others as Brian did. I get it. What is so difficult to grasp (his agenda)? Though repetitive and abrupt, that may be what it requires to get people's attention and veer them from making all of our same mistakes. Why should we allow Shiva and this company to continually take advantage of people and their faith of Tivus and it's deception?

If Shiva has a problem with it then he should change his ways or do something about it. Unless it is all totally a hoax and then he really cannot rebut it, correct?
