With all due respect hypehunter ... we have now managed, through great effort, to expose KoolTel and the entire KoolTel idea for what it was: duplicity and an epic ruse. Better to now deal with the reality that's before us than the one we hopelessly clung to for 97 miserable days.

A case in point: those 97 days were in fact "miserable", were they not? Each day having to defend the strange fact that we could not confirm KoolTel's revenues, or whether it had a V.P. and a Secretary, and a Treasurer, and a BOD. Indeed, not so much as one of us was successful in actually locating the state in which KoolTel was incorporated. So, yes, those days were very difficult, and at times, even "miserable".

But contrast that feeling with the one you felt yesterday, when you went to the site of OUR SOON-TO-BE PARENT COMPANY, GLOBAL CONVERGENCE SOLUTIONS. Did'nt you at last feel a bit releived? Hopeful? Even proud?

So then ... it's far, far better to smply let KoolTel slip beneath the waves ... forever.

MKHD - interesting thought, as far as we know KoolTel is still part of the deal. Prefer to find out sooner rather then later how this plays out.
