What blows my mind is how much they lowered their projection this year. They went from about .23 - .27 EPS to .4-.9 EPS. That is a huge drop and i guess that is why we saw a lot of panic AH. Anyway if this hits under 3 today which I think it will I have no choice but to grab some. Today at open theres gonna be a lot of panic sellers and should settle before lunch

Honestly Zynga should probably do a share buyback program right about now because I don't care what anyone says Zynga should not be valued at$2-$3 range.
Mark Pincus *wants* the stock low for the following reasons:
1) The way they issue shares to employees is through a buyback of the float. 2) When the stock price is higher, Zynga has to pay more tax to the IRS when they issue that stock to employees. (I don't know why, but fuck the IRS).
He's losing money, mismanaging the company and misleading analysts to get even with the IRS?
I think I'd rather have an owner who was trying to do well and make me some money.
