NO FINANCING NEEDED THROUGH END OF 2013.

Shortees coming out of the woodwork. see below from Feb 2012 letter by CEO...

"For example, we recently raised $10.4 million through a public offering underwritten by Cowen & Co. with Summer Street Research Partners acting as co-manager. With the completion of this offering, the company is now well financed to continue its planned operations at least through the end of 2013."

I continue to believe ICT 107 wins FDA approval
..My short run decision to move $ elsewhere in my portfolio of SEVEN
I believe are headed for FDA approval is related to my expectation that OTHERS will have MORE short term catalysts.
A Deal could blow that thesis OUT OF THE WATER if it comes in the next couple of months. I KNOW the timing of these other catalyst and I KNOW nothing about the timing of any deal.

Re the big DEAL...I think Dr Singh wants to negotiate from strength
rather than weakness on the BIG DEAL...leads me to believe he does a secondary or PP FIRST....All WAGs by me but appears more consistent with his style than a HAIL MARY pass re closing the BIG DEAL as he nears the end of his cash....regards
