Potential? I guess you could say so but the idea is so far fetched that it just isn't reasonable to assume it's going to happen. What does MKHD have that ASYI doesn't? Why would GSC waste their money doing 2 mergers when they could go directly to ASYI and get the NOLs if they can even take advantage of them? One or the other won't be part of GSC and since the MKHD deal is already in progress ASYI isn't in any plan. MKHD may not be in any plan either! If the guesses on reporting range for this definitive agreement are correct, tomorrow will be the day we find out if GSC goes unknown like KoolTel did to ASYI.
