I use ETrade and have no problems. They charge me 7.99 to purchase and or sell.

Fidelity works too and it's a flat fee per trade instead of scottrade's % added for pennies. They however cap lot sizes to 9,999,999 per transaction

Schwab is very good only $8.95 per trade and they clear in house.

Scottrade charges 7.00 plus .005 of the total dollar amount but you can buy easily most of the time I picked up 8mil Mon morning no problem
