I think it's possible, it's been longer than a month, longer than her usual pattern of communication. IMHO I think any news is better than no news. You could say "Oh that deal did not work out, we are going to do another."

Guess what I heard the other day? I heard that Chase bank had a deal where if you had $10,000,000 that they would give you a bundle of foreclosed properties FOR FREE because the insurance provided more of a benefit than selling the properties so much under market. I am looking for this article because it may explain something I've been doing some forensic research on in a case in Georgia. I have about 100 properties with warranty deeds that list the purchase price of the properties at $0 - but were also shuffled through 35+ Real Estate LLCs. I couldn't figure out WHY or HOW anyone could legitimately pull that off. But this might be the answer.

Maybe Rebecca has enough money in USNL to do that kind of a deal with Chase. It sure would be nice....if it is legitimate.
