This definitely has an 'eau de Evans' fragrance to it. I have done some digging which gives me the impression that this whole thing is orchestrated to cover Evan's butt.
I believe that MIHL is a fabrication from the get go.
If anyone challenges this I am prepared to reveal proof of this fraud.-
