Agreed. ICPA has hit it's bottom 4-5 times within the past month or so. It is rather obvious that this established bottom also coincides with the 200 MA. The short game is up. No one is selling to these clowns at this level. They will cover and let it run sooner than later IMO.
We have not been able to stop them for weeks now. We couldnt stop them yesterday afternoon and we wont stop them today. I say give em what the want and be done with it. I will not ever sell my shares nor my people, but we wont buy anymore until they are done taking this down and they will take this down to the bone till it is on life support.
