Today, I called PERL’s “old” Transfer Agent (Signature Stock Transfer).
They were NOT aware of any of this.
They stated: “ We are the Transfer agent for Perla Group International.”
I also asked if they could tell me the share structure for PERL, specifically the outstanding shares.
I was told that they were instructed by the company (PERL) not to release that information.
I asked if I sent an email or fax to them (Signature Stock Transfer), could they then indicate the share structure.
They said NO.
I was told by Signature Stock Transfer….
If I want that information I must contact the company (PERL) directly.

All press releases are paid. The wire services i.e. PRNewswire, Businesswire, Marketwire all charge for PR distribution. A free PR doesn't exist so when someone tries to use "paid" as a buzz word to appear as the PR is somehow contrived it only undermines their credibility.
Also I called Signature Stock transfer and spoke with Jason. He confirmed to me that PERL had begun the transition to another TA. That is a fact! Once the transition is complete everyone on the board will realize who was right and who was wrong on the issue.
