Since Verges disclosed in the 8K that he sold to The Barclay Group, it is considered public knowledge and there is no reason why he could not say which Barclay and where they are located. He didn't mention that he was bound by a non-disclosure agreement. If he were bound by a NDA he would not have said it was Barclay. So, why wouldn't he tell you who he sold to?
