This is a post about JCDS - just so people are clear that it's not off topic.
Up until last year, you could anticipate JCDS news by looking to see if the share structure was updated. About the same time, you would see more chatter on this board and on other boards. The build up came, news was released and then the drop in pps occurred. This would happen about every 6 months or so. Last year an interesting change took place, which suggested insiders were 'manipulating' the stock. Share structure was not updated, but there was a ramp up in the pps suggesting news was about to be released. Sure enough news was released and the pps dropped. The company seems to be learning because this time around, no share structure update and no news release. The build up does not start with this board, it's definitely an external thing - meaning external to this board. It's definitely not news based. This is why it all suggests JCDS insiders. I am actually wondering if the company is being investigated by the SEC because of these patterns.

This is just a brief synopsis as there are inexplicable subtleties. And, if the CEO of JCDS actually decides to release financials - all of this changes.
