Nice answer JS but what you are saying is that like us you cannot think of a real reason.

Seems real enough to me. What on earth makes you think that L.A. should have been in charge? L.A. and Denver cover pretty much the same territory, and as noted, Denver is much closer to Oklahoma City.

In addition, BCIT is also a Nevada company. Enforcement actions involving Nevada companies are handled by either the Denver or the L.A. office. Of course if those companies are domiciled in eastern states, they may be dealt with by offices there. Sometimes they just default to the Southern District of New York office.

Can't say I get your obsession with this.
