99.9% of successful small businesses don't use the shareholder ATM ripoff to maintain their lifestyle while they attempt to run a "business". Pretty much the government has decided they have to protect the naive and challenged since they won't heed the warnings they put out about penny OTC stocks. Most people can't even list 5 successful companies that started out by buying a shell on the OTC, but they sure can list a bunch that were ripoffs.....
