#50554 RE: iamjah #50547

what are the chances of a buyout? based on nv's prior input, which i think carries some weight given his background, the big boys may not be interested in this smaller operation-700 ton capacity mill- big boys apparently want more capacity.

so we may be looking at some mid size companies with less cash on hand who might be interested in either a buyout or perhaps a joint venture of some type.what could they offer? hopefully- if a buyout- in the low pennies based on current share structure?? who knows??.

given the climate of environmentalism run amok in this country, if guyer takes this past the goal line in the next month, the value of that permitted mill has got to be pretty darn high all by itself- 700 milllion plus?7. there has to be some company who would be interested in expanding and being able to avoid dealing with govt regs, hassles, delays, etc for years and years to get one up and running and in control of it. of course then there is the value of the mines to add on to that.

and I have to think Guyer is pretty tired of the fight at this point( i would be if i was him) and is ready to turn this over to someone else to get it up and running. K and p would also have to know of companies they have dealt with that also may want to consider taking over this operation- be that buyout or taking the lead on a joint venture.

we'll see what the next 30 days brings. right now I am just hoping for two things:

- guyer submits what the drms/board need to grant full unconditional permit approval by end of august-i.e.. touchdown!!!

-gold price to take off- into the solid 1700 range or higher. i really think that could be headed that direction in the not too distant future based on the world situation.

just my uneducated but hopeful opinion. feel free to pick it apart. GLTA on this board. there are some awfully nice folks here who have some dreams they have attached to this stock moving up. it would be a shame if this ends in total disappointment.I don't think it will but it may not happen as soon as we would like.

hang in there folks. the ball is on the one yard line.
