I wish I could. Unfortunately, the pink sheet penny stocks which supposedly deal in underwater exploration, all appear to be companies which lack the ability to tell the truth. MEXP is worse than the norm though. They don't have a usable boat, they have no divers (the old divers are suing MEXP for non-payment), they have no permit, and they don't even mention diving anymore. All we have now are a bunch of unfulfilled LOI's dating back to 2011, a gagged TA, some fluffy old PR's which said nothing, and a glorified dehumidifier.
