Nobody has proven the RM won't or hasn't happened,in fact there's more possibility that it will and it has. What reason would ASYI have after the 19th to not advise everyone that the merger had failed? What could they profit from a stand off? I believe the longer it takes to hear from them the better our chances get. Bottom line, you can look at both sides of this play,but I'm going 100% with the integrity and the cool reputations of ASYI men in charge.
