I'm a realist, and try to be as objective as possible - I intentionally try to read opposing viewpoints before solidifying my own opinion in any situation. Also, I make a plan, execute the plan, and stick to the plan - I don't just go buying more of something just because things appear to be going my way, nor do I sell in a panic when the price swings out of favor. If the material facts of the situation change, then it's time to reassess, but I try very hard to ensure I trade on other people's emotions, not my own.
Here, I think that *IF* the case rules in the plaintiff's favor, I've struck gold - but this is not a sure thing, and my buy-in amounts for this play reflect that. UWBK is a significant part of my speculation portfolio, but it is not by any means the largest part.
