Absolutely, technical charts will not help you in a Stock that has been trading sideways for as long at this one has. Not only do your MA's get skewed, but if forces you to sit and watch for it to stabilize and get some legs, either trend up or down. And for some in penny-land, NOT EVERYONE, but some, they are here for a quick one, and when it trades sideways, only gaining two or three marks and dropping again, maybe in a day, sometimes in a week, it keeps them away. No Volume, not worth it, maybe.

I agree with you that this one has become an "ATM" as one poster stated, but if you buy big, wait a week for a 3 mark rise, sell, yes you can make a few bucks. But in the end, is it really worth it? Only you can answer that question based on your comfort level and amount invested.

Some here have stated long positions, and I respect that, because at one time, I thought I wanted to be long here as well. But when you don't get the follow up PR's that the company stated they would be sending out, they file forms stating that they are adding to the available shares and diluting what is out there, for me, it sends up red flags. So I reduced my position significantly from what I did have a short 4 months ago.

I have not yet sold out totally, but my position is now where I can sit and hold, and I don't mind having this here, because the rest of my capital is working in stocks that are moving, and are giving PR's once a week, and you see that in the PPS going up each week.

If this stock truly is turning over a new leaf, then they need to hire a new PR Guy, who can actually generate excitement about this stock and keep the CEO in line, and updated as to when news needs to be released, AS PROMISED.

I just sit back some days and scratch my head as to the things that are said here, and wonder if PR Guy Scott Gibson really is reading any of these posts about his stock, like has been stated here in the past.

These are just my own opinions and observations, so please do not take offense to any of this. I hope that one day there will be news that VPER is initiating a stock buy back of 4 billion shares, merger news, factory's being built, financials updated and current, etc, etc, etc...
