The licencing agreement that GTGP has signed with Solucorp is for the Molecular Bonding System technology and its exclusive use. The chemicals needed to engage in the MBS process which GTGP has the licence to use do not need to be purchased from Solucorp. GTGP can purchase the said chemicals anywhere and from any source.
The MBS process is patented and that is why we bought the licence from Solucorp. Whether Solucorp trades or not has absolutely no bearing in GTGP's ability to use the MBS technology for which it owns the exclusive licence.
