Again, this is not the Solucorp board. The agreement which binds Global ( GTGP ) to Solucorp ( SLUP) is only one where GTGP purchased a licence to use MBS.

Even if Solucorp no longer trades or even if it were t otake itself private, this would NOT affect GTGP in any way.

Glad I am not Canadian sucks they will not get to share the wealth in such a great stock like GTGP... maybe it is the rate of exchange who knows.... who cares...
