Well, there are numerous investments other than JBII. But few with this potential. Certainly few blue chip and definitely not real estate in somewhere like Rhode Island or something.

There is nothing disruptive about JBI, other than its problems with forecasts and the SEC.
Pyrolysis has been around for years and several companies have businesses built around it. No one appears to have cracked the "how to do it profitably" model yet, and JBI looks to be as far away as anyone from figuring that out.

It's a great flip though, when you understand the PIPErs needs and carefully follow the trading history.
