The offering of preferred class of shares was withdrawn because it was and is just plain silly at this point in time. Of course there was no interest because if they have failed to secure any means of viable and acceptible financing except for toxic financing it would have already occured.

Thats purely my opinion. Bucks I have really appreciated your intellect and conversation but this statement has me puzzled.

All of us can speculate, but I can certainly tell you from my own personal point of view that the PS offering was not cancelled due to a lack of interest. I have had conversations with a few others who were investigating the offering as well.

I mean specifically who do you think or know who was interested in that class of shares? The public was not and is not, from my observations.
