#38463 RE: Shizoku #38453

Shizohu, again, we simply disagree about information released in the Press Release that you attached. It's really no big deal & doesn't effect TECO either way...

The PR says that the results of the 2nd 24-hour test are 192BOPD & 822 MCFPD

I say that 192BOPD & 822MCFPD are actual flow rates achieved by the Madeley#1H, but they were achieved during hour 17 of the 1st 24-hour test while flowing through a #18 choke.

It is really no bid deal. 192 BOPD & 822 MCFPD were filed with the state, and it is documented to have come out of the ground, it really doesn't matter what day it came out on. It did seem strange to me the way that TECO worded the PR... but again, it really has no bearing on anything...

To comment on another post, I believe that TECO's new Texas assets are far more capable of generating future revenue for TECO than Belize for 3 main reasons:

1] Proximity to Market (i think someone already brought this point up)
2] Pressure - Production rates will be higher & pumps will not be required
3] Infrastructure - Pipelines, Saltwater Disposal Wells, etc, etc are already in place in and around TECO's Texas assets.

Good Luck
