IMO This is a scam , you need to cut your losses and if desire wait till after the merger and reestabled shares , most mergers do not end well for common shareholders , the split of shares will properly be 400 to 1 qnd restricked for 6 month, by then it will be too late, they will use that money to pay off the current officers thier 50,000 each at your expense. time to bail
