#22202 RE: Couch #22201

Jerry Treppel leads the new BOD and will do whatever is needed to drive value for ELTP including listing on the NASDAQ. JT the right person at the right time.

One really has to question the old BOD intentions in forcing Dr. Mehta to resign in 2003 so that a Purdue deal could be contracted in 2004. Of course the Purdue deal never happened followed by PPS collapsed starting in 2005. ELI-216 R&D and clinical trials were abruptly stopped with zero financing available. A well executed plan???

So now JT has the reins and he will do whatever needs to be done to make the new Elite a winner.

All good stuff and As I recall jt takes only like 30 grand a year in salary, the rest in stock.
Plus his bridge loan.

The ultimate show of confidence .

Thanks Couch, it is good to be reminded that JT has never actually run a pharma company before, indeed has never even worked for one before. A good analogy is that a baseball broadcaster is not necessarily the best person to put in the game when the game is on the line. I am sure he is a nice guy, maybe even smart but experienced- well, no.
As for the system that can be manufactured over and over again, do you have a link because from what I can see they still have not successfully manufactured the first.
