The true measure of the value the "market" places on the stock is by what price they are willing to sell at. If the sellers don't value the stock they're selling, why should you as the buyer insist that you pay more for it then you have to? The "market" seeks its own level. You can't fool it. You can't manipulate it (except for a very short period of time or if you are an MM). The "market" is always right, even though it may not make sense, or be very intelligent, or know anything about the stock. If anyone thinks they are smarter than the market, they are wrong.
