Self cleaning auto petcoke removal is next on johns list to finish design, when that happens continuous run times will be more that the 75% max that is current

The beat the crap out of processor #1 testing it over and over at more than max specs and it finally gave up. they are fixing it and it will be back online soon

They got emission even better with new design which makes permitting in other states easy. the first rock ten site got an exemption because of this. Saves time

He noted that the solid waste permit App is 2-3" thick and has to go to local buffalo office then to Albany and pass though a shit load of gov't people that's why it takes so long. Anyone who has dealt with the New York state gov't can appreciate the BS

Excellent summary. Not too much I can add. Rauber is determined, results oriented and seems to be a no nonsense individual.

I has the opportunity to speak with just about everyone in upper management and all were very frank and to the point. CFP will be Q1 2013. It could be sooner, but the company wants to set goals they are very confidant they will meet. The focus will be n the most effective, efficient use of funds.

Johns goal is to have the machine run continuously, as in non stop. The company is not satisfied with 75%, they want 90% plus. Which correlates to 15 to 20% more revenue.

After speaking to John, I am quite confidant that not only will 90% be attained, but I think he will do much better than that. His drive and passion are absolutely immeasurable. Rauber, Ingham, and Bogolin ALL share the same unbridled enthusiasm. I met so many employees...and to a man they are all 100% confidant of the companies success.

I, for one didn't need to be convinced of anything. But if you had doubts, five minutes with any employee would erase them from your minds.

Rauber is dialed in and focused, Johns drive and determination are second to none. We may not be getting there as fast we like. But the path is becoming clearer and clearer. I expect the bumps in the road to pass soon and we will pick up speed. The process has no equal, nothing close.

My advice to longs....take a break....take a breathe...and let the Capts steer the ship. Clear skies and smooth sailing are on the horizon!

Long, strong and as always...accumulating.
