Thanks For the info M T Pockets.I did'nt even realise what 567tbd's avatar was until you mentioned it.I'm sure we have enough room around there for future expansion.This is pretty much a done deal then;we have the permit with conditions and all the infrastructure we need except for the clearspan bldg.for processing to begin.Do they have to have that clearspan bldg. up before they can start?
