RELAX EFFECT

Thanks I appreciate that. Yes I agree fully that it will have different results on people and that each can cannot be loaded for Bear. I can say that I did feel relaxed as it made me feel "heavy" as how I can describe it. No expert here and I am very suspicious of products and all that Hokas Pokas stuff.

I am a very light sleeper and I do not think it changed that any, however I did feel foggy this morning as if I slept harder than normal? It has my attention and I will try it again tonight.
