Thank You, and also warrants aren't tradable shares, they are an option ( right) to purchase a share at a certain price. Then they have to be held for a restricted period before they can be placed w a broker once free trading, and no broker will accept non current OTC CE SHAREZ, off restriction or not. I also don't recall any warrant options to purchase at .001. Thank You for posting that Ant. I think there are three reasons in there why this statement made can not be true.

so the people who were sitting on warrents that expired July 16th, are just screwed and have to hope that sney will cover them, if you say so.
