Not sure but I still believe this is an APS play and they are tide up with that bomb GWB*. This would get them back their street cred. IMO.

No one can predict this. But looking at the activity on this, someone is accumulating quietly and we've been getting increased activity over the past little while. So IMO this could be setting up nicely sometime early August.
