Exactly! UDC doesn't make anything either. It's all made by other companies while UDC collects royalties... So licencing is a good first step for QMC to get revs without investments. Build from the ground up, without diluting your shareholders to much... That's QMC!
QMC is even so smart that they found a way to get others to pay for their R&D!
