MOST of the companies that dilute at the rate that they have been... do not stay companies for long....
They are either:
1. Stinky pinkies which almost always fail
2. Big boards that are going to have to close their doors.
The funny/sad part of the dilution here is that a good a chunk of it is them giving themselves shares.... which is solely a characteristic of poopbag companies. On top of that, they issued a share buy back... only to dilute more? Also a characteristic of scum or idiocy. R/S, in general, in penny land is not good news. Show me the penny stocks that it works well for.
I am not sure that these guys have the intestinal fortitude, mental capabilites, or ability to get on a big board. On the day that number of tweets is a requirement of being uplisted... then so be it.
