Aside from

- the fraud,

- JBI's inability to do anything but lose money,

- the string of lies JBI told about numerous deals that all vanished,

- JBI's total reliance on selling TENS OF MILLIONS of discounted shares in PIPEs to keep their lights on


you could be right.

If so, JBI would be the first money-losing, CAVEAT EMPTOR penny stock, sued for securities fraud and accounting fraud by the SEC, in all of human history, to fly to the moon.
