I hope you are joking! This is pretty incredible, after all these months of asking for anyone to validate AMWI - and this is your evidence of AMWI being anything other than a scam.

I am guessing by the post that you have no idea about a EIN. If you have a Corporation, LLC, Partnership or you are a Sole Proprietor (in certain circumstances), actually almost any circumstance you have to obtain a EIN. It is a Federal Tax Identification Number.

Now here is the funny thing - all anyone has to do is go online to obtain a EIN - it takes about 5 minutes (one is instantly generated) and it means absolutely nothing whether or not a company is real or a scam! A monkey can get one - ergo AMWI got one.

I would like to know what you think this proves? It says nothing about employees, revenue, taxes paid (Oh, we have that already from the Annual Report) or anything germane to AMWI being a real company. Seriously, anyone can get a Employee Identification Number and it doesn't prove anything.

The information about taxes, income and number of employees is in the annual report. Which many of the touts refuse to address since it was a scathing inside look at what is really going on with AMWI - NOTHING!!! They have ONE employee (paying the CEO $15,000 per year - what a joke), no income and self admitted lack of a true CEO and the worst part is the SEC calling them out for sending out fraudulent press releases.

But, I would be interested to read what your spin is of providing a EIN as proof that AMWI is real.
