Didn't asyi go from 162M(10Q OS as of 11/17/2011) to over 550M(10Q OS as of 5/21/2012) during the bds LOI?

How can anybody say there was no dilution during the bds LOI?

Now why would they do such a thing when they could have just as easily thrown in the towel...

They wouldn't have been able to dilute in the billions if they had thrown in the towel.

Time will tell, Aug. 15 is what I'm waiting for now that the LOI with ktel has expired.
