They won't get anyone to buy a 20% stake until they stabilize those loose management cannons and demonstrate some real fiscal discipline.
That's real tough to accomplish while they are still expanding and filling back orders.
Their advertising and marketing budgets have been unbridled these past two years and it is hard for them to back things up several notches while they are hell bent on continued expansion.
You get a real sense that some furious arguments have been going on.
