I think Dani Kauderer has her finger thru the ring in Polistena's nose. matter of fact she is probably the brains behind all of the BS consulting and Kauderer group scams.
It is not that unusual for business's to creat entities in order to do businesss with 'themselves' for tax/finacial/liability/bankruptcy puposes.
