#1 valid reason is this . Bid is increasing ask is decreasing . 99.999999 tickers that are sub penny are scams, fakes, pump n dumps . That's why they are sub penny and not $10.00 per share :) I'm just here to trade stocks not invest in them . I'm a trader not an investor . To each his own . My goal is to buy low and sell high . I try and catch momentum or find stuff that has hit a bottom . I could care less if the ticker is legit or not ! Look at FB it's a real company with a real product and people bought to invest in it for $45.00 a share and how is that working out for peeps now ?
Up 33% this morning on a trade of 25000 shares. That amounts to $10 in trades, folks.
This is nothing but a pump and dump. Do not get fooled by the bid and the ask, those are parts of the scam being played here. A trade here is like throwing money into the toilet.
