My view is we drop on Monday and that we were being held up by the open interest on the puts.

Payne will likely move very quickly next week.
Rambus should move to have him disqualified for his bias at the earliest possible time.

He threw out excupatory evidence in the first two trials along with Rambus expert witness. He sided with now admitted criminal Dramurai.

He refused a patent infringement case despite the ruling of the CAFC that Rambus should get a patent infringement trial.

Now he wants to throw out the all the new evidence that shows the conspiracy between the DRAMURAI.


But his statements to the effect that he has already decided to make Rambus patents uneforceable will in the end finish him.
(Mind you this is regardless of the facts in the case.)

I can hardly believe the huge arrogance of Judge Payne.

He is a judicial monster.
