Oh, I'm sure Victory Partners and Emperial Americas made enough money from the TEMN pump and dump to cover any costs they may have incurred. Indeed, that's why they did it in the first place.

And now they're replicating the whole deal with their new scam TEXX.

And, incredibly enough, they have people who are prepared to help them in their endeavours to steal from naive investors with both TEXX and TEMN.

Shame really, that some folk will stoop so low, but then that - unfortunately - is human nature.

Management is measuring the legal recourse, if any, which may lay against the former management, however the chill seems to be related to receivers of such shares, and not to the Corporation or any action by the former management.
