Large Green, I did see the filing on pacer. I would have copied it but it appears when the judge signs an order I cant copy the darn thing. Maybe Radium Soup has a suggestion around that.
This granted filing makes sense. How can you create a plan of reorganization if some variables are unknown. (i.e. money from a winning lawsuit!!!)
