BMGF has been aware of PPHM for several years. At least, one personal friend who is highly placed on its legal staff has been so aware, inasmuch as we have discussed it in written and oral conversations. OTOH, there are a lot of other matters going on in that busy foundation that none of us know about. Perhaps it is time for a low-key e-mail with suitable links as a reminder.
