They even used a different lawyer for the S - 1A. So don't say these guys know what they are doing. The lawyers are slap-happy too. You will see in the S -1A that it STILL shows the North Lucky as valid --- WHICH IT IS NOT. The S E C is bound to spot that and send it BACK to be RE-done as the S - 1B !!!!!!!!!!! This can go on for a loooooong time.
The SEC will ensure this gets done properly. And it will get done despite the recent SEC complaints done by both longs and shorts who own this stock....they probably negated each out and are being ignored by the SEC (i.e. Unsubstantiated). In the meantime, I do have okenty of bvig shares for sale if someone wants them!
Post # of 201451 new investors,only 14 weeks until the one year mark that kenny said the rusty ridge results on hole number two will be out shortly.it is also many months since kenny said we were to get the distro shares in bvig.buyer beware here with this scam.read the stickies but beware that info is very old and not truthfull.the comparisons from kenny about the property being "olympic dam" was a pump to get the investor to buy shares as the company was selling third party.oh one more thing the transfer agent is gagged.that should be of special importance.
