How do you figure that? If you divide the patent value by the o/s, it looks good. But you would have to assume that the shareholders would receive a pro-rata share of the sale of the patents, if they sold for the advertised value.

There are many ways of valuing patents, but they generally take into account potential future earnings. You have to know a lot more than the o/s and patent value to determine the proper PPS. Those who know apparently didn't like it, and the last few days are the proof.

The deal? Look at what's happening. Where has the PPS gone in the last few months, and now the last few days? "Follow the money" LOL. Read the history of "filing" promises and compare to other pinksheet companies.
