I was really surprised as well that the A/S didn't get increase more.........not saying that it won't in the future, but if you look at things now here's it what we know.
As of March 31.........we had 253 million O/S and a float of 141 million. We then started a 504 which by July 5 we had raised 170k. If you look at the timeframe from when the 504 started we had a price anywhere from .001 to .008, but we'll guess the shares we're diluted at .0012 or so...that would have added roughly 140 million shares. We don't have any idea if those are restricted or not. We do know that he issued 200 million restricted shares to himself in May. We know there was dilution this past week...so I would guess the current O/S SS is around 750-800 million. He would need around six billion more shares if he wanted to finish the 504, and it only increased to 1.5 billion. I think we find out more next week....he has put out ammendents every three weeks about how much capital he has raised, and I think we'll get some sort of financials in the next few weeks to give us more of an idea what the actual float is. Even if the float is 400-500 million this is still way undervalued. I've been in stocks with 1 billion plus and they can run to .005. Let's see how it plays out...I'm holding.
I also don't understand the whole 10 million transfer from Privilege to Triton. The Priv shares were worth 40k, so how does that equate to Triton stock (75 million). Not sure why he cancelled some shares.
Not sure why he had to buy another shell for Priv....future plans? Notice there have been and Apex, 1,2,3, and now 4. So, Richard must do that for a living. Greg has always been one to move around shares...I think he wants to make a money. He's 67 and not getting any younger. I think he wants to take that 200 million he has and score big time.
Good luck to all...I'm holding maybe even buying more..I still think this will see better days when the dust settles.
