Thanks, Scottrade with this rule makes me
very suspicious, could they be loaning out my
5mil shares so Market Makers who may short them?
Scottrade's refusal to accept my $10.00 limit sell
on Teco penny stocks sounds like they are aware
that they would have to hold stocks to back-up
a sell for $10.00.? Any thoughts on this.
