News was not out until after hours. No one could trade the news. The proof will be on Monday.

The fact that there is no delay, we got a recommendation for approval with conditions, and the company can proceed to work on the approved part of the plan while doing working on the remaining issue is GREAT NEWS.

I am looking forward to hearing from the company as to their reading on the tailing issue.

Get ready for some fireworks soon. (Maybe Monday)
