read the top of page 13 of the financials ending march 31st and it appears that 55 million shares is a convenient typo for the pr. that would put the conversion rate at .045 approx. it appears they gave a lot more shares than that. tell me if I am wrong. I could,t figure out how to cut and paste from the 10-q.
on a brighter note. it seems like they would want the pps as high as possible before the split. they should be able to do raise the share price easily thru real( or fake pr's) who knows anymore. holding for better days.
